Plan Ahead. Get Your Tickets in Advance.

You are selecting the time of your experience when purchasing tickets on our site. Tickets can be purchased in advance on our website using credit cards and debit cards; tickets purchased at the box office are cash only.

If you did not pre-purchase tickets and show up at our ticket booth, you will only be allowed on a time that has open seats. It's easier to purchase online tickets to guarantee your spot.

Premium nights: Fri 10/16, Sat 10/17, Fri 10/23, Sat 10/24, Fri 10/30 and Sat 10/31 are our more popular nights. Premium Night tickets reduce your wait with timed ticketing on those nights.

Groups of 15 or more: Group Rate tickets must be purchased in advance online or by contacting us at info@pantophobia.com.

Arrival & Timing

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to, and no later than 15 minutes after, your selected walk time. PANTOPHOBIA is not responsible for you or your group missing the time YOU selected. There are NO refunds, so arrive on time.

With our timed ticketing experience available on all nights there should never be a wait longer than 45 minutes if you are arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time. There are no refunds for longer than expected wait times.

What to Expect

This attraction is 100% outdoors. Please dress appropriately. The walking trail is a 1 mile walk over different surfaces such as grass, sand and pavement. Wear comfortable athletic shoes.

The actors will not physically grab or restrain you, but you may be inadvertently touched or brushed due to the close proximity. DO NOT touch our actors.

We do not recommend this event to those who are pregnant, prone to seizures, have a heart condition or other medical conditions. You may enter at your own risk.

Ages: We prefer to leave that up to the parents or guardians. In past seasons we have had many families, children, teens, as well as adults. Use your best judgement, since there are no refunds.

Weather & Closures

This attraction is subject to bad weather conditions. Please call 201-677-8032 or check our Facebook and Instagram pages for up to the minute closures. We post our final status at 6 pm.

If your night is cancelled for rain, you can select another night of equal or lesser value to your originally purchased ticket through your HauntPay account. All ticket sales are final. Read the full ticket policies.
