Is this attraction a ride or walking trail?
A:
We offer both! We have 2 separate attractions at the same location this year! We have a 20-25 minute long hayride that is great for families with younger children or anyone who isnt up to our 2nd attraction, a 1 mile 30-35 minute walking trail through the woods and around the lake

Are there any warnings?
A:
We do not recommend this event to those who are pregnant, prone to seizures, have a heart condition or other medical conditions. You may, enter at your own risk. For the walking trail be advised it is a 1 mile walk through different surfaces grass, sand, pavement, etc. Wear comfortable athletic shoes.

Is this an indoor attraction?
A:
No. This attraction is 100% outdoors. Please dress appropriately. This attraction is also subject to bad weather conditions. Please call 805-666-1565 or visit our website, or social media pages for up to the minute closures. We post our final status at 6 pm.

What form of payment do you accept?
A:
Tickets can be purchased in advance on our website using credit cards and debit cards however tickets purchased at the box office is cash only.
Q:
Will the actors touch me?
A:
Possibly. DO NOT touch our actors. The actors will not physically grab or restrain you. You may be inadvertently touched or brushed due to the close proximity.

Are there age restrictions?
A:
We prefer to leave that up to the parents or guardians. In the past seasons we have had many families, children, teens, as well as adults. Use your best judgement, since there are no refunds.

The wait is too long, can I get a refund?
A:
With our timed ticketing experience available on all nights there should never be wait longer than 45 minutes if you are arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time. There are no refunds for longer than expected wait times.
Q:
Can I leave if I'm too afraid to continue?
A:
Unfortunately NO, the wagon will not go back or stop to let people out to walk back. Once you are on the wagon and the ride begins you will only be allowed off when the wagon returns to the unloading area. (if it returns) With the walk if you get too "tired" (scared) we may offer chicken tables to sit and rest.

How many people do you let in at one time?
A:
Each wagon can hold up to 20 victi…I mean customers at a time. The walk will allow groups in ever 30-45 seconds.

Do I need to make a reservation.
A:
YES, you are selecting the time of your experience, when purchasing tickets on our site. We ask that your group arrives at the loading area 15 minutes prior to your chosen ride time for the hayride. For the walking trail please arrive 15 minutes prior up to 15 minutes after your selected walk time. PANTOPHOBIA is not responsible for you or your group missing the ride time YOU selected. There are NO refunds, so arrive on time. If you did not pre-purchase tickets and show up at our ticket booth to purchase tickets you will only be allowed to get on a ride that has open seats, its easier to purchase online tickets to guarantee your spot.
