No. Since 2024, Pantophobia has been at Darlington Lake in Darlington County Park, 600 Darlington Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430. Our earlier seasons were held in Montvale. If you see a Montvale address or an old phone number online, it is out of date.

Yes! Free parking at Darlington Lake, 600 Darlington Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430. It's a long walk from the parking lot to the haunt, so we recommend arriving early.

We do not recommend this event to those who are pregnant, prone to seizures, have a heart condition or other medical conditions. You may, enter at your own risk. For the walking trail be advised it is a 1 mile walk through different surfaces grass, sand, pavement, etc. Wear comfortable athletic shoes.

No. This attraction is 100% outdoors. Please dress appropriately. This attraction is also subject to bad weather conditions. Weather closures are posted by 6 pm on our Facebook and Instagram pages; you can also ask Cyrus, our website chat.

General admission is $33, or $36 on premium nights (Oct 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31). Groups of 15 or more pay $30 each ($33 on premium nights). Taxes and fees not included. Pick your night and buy online.

Tickets can be purchased in advance on our website using credit cards and debit cards however tickets purchased at the box office is cash only.

Possibly. DO NOT touch our actors. The actors will not physically grab or restrain you. You may be inadvertently touched or brushed due to the close proximity.

We prefer to leave that up to the parents or guardians. In the past seasons we have had many families, children, teens, as well as adults. Use your best judgement, since there are no refunds.

Not in 2026. The hayride, our ride for toddlers and smaller kids, is off this year while the park is under construction, and we plan to bring it back next year. The haunted walking trail is the only attraction in 2026. It is meant to scare, so whether to bring children is up to parents or guardians.

With our timed ticketing experience available on all nights there should never be a wait longer than 45 minutes if you are arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled time. There are no refunds for longer than expected wait times.

YES, you are selecting the time of your experience when purchasing tickets on our site. Please arrive 15 minutes before your selected time. If you are running late, you can still go in up to 30 minutes after your time starts, except at the end of the night (see "What are your hours?" below). It's a long walk from the parking lot to the haunt, so we recommend arriving early. PANTOPHOBIA is not responsible for you or your group missing the time YOU selected. There are NO refunds, so arrive on time. If you did not pre-purchase tickets and show up at our ticket booth to purchase tickets, you will only be able to enter a time that has open spots. It's easier to purchase online tickets to guarantee your spot.

We are open Fridays and Saturdays from October 2 and Sundays from October 11, through Halloween night, Saturday, October 31, 2026. Fridays and Saturdays: 8 to 10 pm through October 10, then 8 to 11 pm from October 16 on. Sundays: 8 to 10 pm. Entry is in timed 30-minute windows. We close on time, so on nights we close at 10 pm, be in line by 9:15 pm (10:15 pm on nights we close at 11 pm), even if your ticket shows a later time. A ticket for the last time slot is still good; just be in line by then. Choose your night and time on the home page.
