Bergen County's outdoor haunted attraction: one mile of terror at Darlington Lake, 600 Darlington Ave, Mahwah, NJ 07430. Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, October 2 through October 31, 2026, with timed tickets: general admission $33, premium nights $36, group rates for 15 or more. Free parking.

This attraction is 100% outdoors. Please call 201-677-8032 or check our haunt pay site or our social media pages for up to the minute closures, due to bad weather.
Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for the walking trail, it is a 1 mile walk over different surfaces such as grass, sand, and pavement.

Refund policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds, if your night is cancelled for rain YOU can select another night of equal or lesser value to your originally purchased ticket. It is your responsibility to go to your HauntPay account on the haunt pay site and select your make up night of equal or lesser value to your original purchase. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

The Legend of Cyrus Grain continues to grow as his family's old farm land has been developed into a shopping center. Cyrus seekers have documented videos of a shadowy figure they believe to be Cyrus Grain along the lake at Darlington Park in Mahwah, legend has it that Cyrus will do whatever it takes to keep all trespassers off what he believes to be the last of his family's land. Cyrus has been seen lurking in the woods, between buildings, and along the roads at Darlington Park in Mahwah NJ.
