Q:
Is this attraction a ride or walking trail?
A:
Walking trail. Please dress appropriately.
Q:
Are there any warnings?
A:
We do not recommend this event to children under the age of 10, as well as, those who are pregnant, have a heart condition or other medical conditions. You may, enter at your own risk.
Q:
Is this an indoor attraction?
A:
No. This attraction is 100% outdoors. Please dress appropriately. Wear comfortable shoes, you will be walking on uneven ground. This attraction is also subject to bad weather conditions. Please call 805-666-1699 or visit our website, or social media pages for up to the minute closures. We post our final status at 6:30 pm.

How much does the attraction cost?

Q:
What form of payment do you accept?
A:
We accept cash at the box office. We also have an ATM on site for your convenience.
Q:
Will the actors touch me?
A:
Possibly. DO NOT touch our actors. The actors will not physically grab or restrain you. You may be inadvertently touched or brushed due to the close proximity.
Q:
Are there age restrictions?
A:
No we only have a recommendation of 10 years old and up. We prefer to leave that up to the parents or guardians. Please keep in mind there may be scenes of intense nature. Use your best judgement, since there are no refunds.
Q:
The wait is too long, can I get a refund?
A:
We do apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. But long lines only mean we are loved. We can suggest other options. We will honor your haunt ticket any night we are open, except for our special event. We recommend coming early in the month to avoid the long lines as we approach Halloween. Should you choose to come later in the month, we recommend purchasing your ticket and getting in line no later than 7:00 pm. We also offer a fast pass (V.I.P. PASS) to reduce the wait for the attraction. However, this does not reduce the wait at the box office.
Q:
Can I leave if I'm to afraid to continue?
A:
Yes. We don't want to inflict that much pain on someone. Simply let an actor know you would like to leave and they will escort you out of the trail. Please be sure you want to leave, since there are no refunds and you won't be allowed back in.
Q:
How many people do you let in at one time?
A:
We only allow 6 people into the park at a time.
Q:
Do I need to make a reservation.
A:
No. We do not close until the last guest has been through.
